EuroArt Camp is an International Photo Video Camp financed by EU Comission under Youth in Action program. 30 youngsters from 6 organizations are gathering together for 7 days (19 – 26 April 2010) in Campina / Romania.
Why didn’t Fotografa.ro state from the beginning that it would favor people who volunteered or worked for them? That would have saved other people’s time in preparing the application as well as the commission’s time in glancing over the 60 times 5 photographs?
